In four weeks, she lost 10 pounds of fat and added 3 pounds of lean.

We got a chance to ask Annie a few questions.

How did you get into Kick Start?

Well, I knew it was time to get myself back into shape and feel good about myself. But I didn’t know where to start. So I asked Jesse Denno for his advice and he suggested the Kick Start program. So, I jumped in and was excited to see where it would take me.

Was there anything from the experience that surprised you?

After having my third (and last) child, I never really realized how out of shape I was until I tried Group Centergy for the first time. I was physically out of breath in the first ten minutes. But it was fun and I enjoyed it and didn’t quit on myself like I have in the past.

Were you surprised by the results?

Absolutely! And I was so proud of myself because working out and eating healthy is pretty hard, but I worked my butt off…especially when the rest of my family ate what they wanted.

How do you plan to continue your fitness journey?

After seeing my results I was convinced that hard work does pay off. So, my plan is to continue with my trainer Bethany and training partner Terri and reach my ultimate goal. These ladies are awesome and I enjoy training with them. It’s a fight to get up every morning, but I feel so good after every workout. I have also chosen to continue with the healthy eating (with Zults Everday) as well.
