Keep Getting Zults: Jeff Procter

We hate saying it, but the Summer 2014 Zults War is almost over. But that does not mean that anyone has to stop getting Zults. In fact, we think you can keep getting Zults long after this Zults War is over. Why? Because we’ve seen it done.

We want Zults Wars to be a way to jumpstart your healthier future. Zults helps us practice clean eating habits and teaches us that clean food can be easy to make and delicious to eat. Zults proves that exercise can and should be as fun as it is challenging. And, more than anything, that fitness is better together.

Jeff Procter competed in the Winter Zults War. Jeff was able to use recipes as guidance, kept going to class, and scheduled regular Bod Pod tests for accountability to get some great Zults in the spring and summer. Here is what he was able to accomplish.

From January to May

  • Lost 26.3 pounds of fat
  • Gained 7.1 pounds of lean
  • Down 8.3% body fat
  • Lost 2.5 inches around waist
