We asked Isaiah a few questions about his experience with leading his Zults War teams.

Why do you lead?

I lead my Zults War teams not only because I think it’s an awesome opportunity to be competitive in a healthy way, but I also get to be the guidance people need to exercise and eat properly.

What do you like about accomplishing these goals in teams?

I truly believe we are better together. Strength comes in numbers, so when you put five awesome people together, including the leader, and then tell them to eat clean, and work out together, the only thing they can possibly end up with is success. My favorite part is this journey toward the success and fulfillment at the finish line. 

Any advice for other Zults War teams?

Some advice for other teams? Stay clear, because my teams are taking 1st and 1st place!!
