“I looked in the mirror in a one day and saw that my habits had made me into someone, physically, I didn’t want to be.”

That was Jeff Saxman’s turning point, the exact moment when he realized that was he was doing was not working.

Before joining Courthouse Lancaster as a Fitness Coach, Jeff worked as a cable TV installer, driving a truck and working long, odd hours.

“I used to wait until I was extremely hungry, then stop the truck wherever was closest and fill myself with a burger, fries, soda,” says Jeff. “But, even during that, I would not have said that I ate all that poorly.”

Jeff needed to change his habits. He was not the person he wanted to be. “We define fitness is the ability to do whatever you want, whenever you want and not be limited by your body. That is so true. Nutrition truly changes your whole life, when you do it right.”
