Imagine, Train, Do: Mychal Arredondo
Isaiah (Personal Trainer at Lancaster) recently sent in this success story of one of his clients, Mychal Arredondo.
Here is what Isaiah had to say about Mychal:
He told me he wanted to lose 4% body fat within the month. Well, a month has passed, and he met that goal! He wants to lose another 4% in another month, and he is definitely on the right track. Through Training, Nutrition, and Spartan, he has lost about 20 lbs of fat since August 22nd.
And this is what Mychal had to say about his experience:
“I’ve always struggled with being overweight, which wasn’t due to a lack of effort, more of a lack of knowledge. Not knowing what to eat and why, correct form for exercises, or just not knowing enough variety. Yes, it requires sacrifices, but the results far outweigh them. Having trainers who hold me accountable when I miss has pushed me passed what I used to be able to do. Until a few months ago I couldn’t do a pull-up. And though it may not seem like it, the 5 that I can do now is a reality check of improvement. Never felt better.”
