Charles sent Becca this letter soon after he started Courthouse Nutrition to tell about his experience changing the way he ate, the way he cooked, the way he saw himself, and the way he saw food.
Hi Becca,
As you know when I started the program just three weeks ago I was pretty skeptical on how my body would react and how much it would actually work. I just couldn’t grasp the idea that eating more and more often would help me lose weight and become more healthy. However I stuck to the program and just kept reminding myself of something you said “you workout to train your muscles and you have to eat right to train your metabolism.” The first few days were pretty difficult for me, especially when it came to eating breakfast. I was so used to just grabbing a banana and heading out the door that I found myself not hungry at all and was having to force myself to eat when I wasn’t even hungry. Now, just a few weeks later I am hungry for breakfast from the moment I get up and by the time “snack time” comes around I am hungry again and ready for more. The little cooler is great and I find myself bringing it with me everywhere I go and when its time to eat I have just what I need and want with me. No more bad decisions, which reminds me of something else you said “failing to plan is planning to fail”. Plus on top of it all my body just has a good feeling all the time, I’m losing weight and my energy level has increased drastically. I rarely even drink coffee anymore which is surprising because I used to feel like I couldn’t function without it.
Bottom Line: The Courthouse Nutrition program along with exercise is something that just cannot be beat. Courthouse + Nutrition = Success
