What I Love About Group Step

Group Step is an addiction for me. Now that might sound strange, but let me explain. I can think of a ton of things people around me are self-admittedly addicted to all kinds of things: sugar, playing Angry Birds, Facebook, clothes shopping on the internet, texting, finding the perfect pair of shoes, self-serve frozen yogurt, etc. You get the idea. The difference between my addiction and the others is the benefits of Group Step. See, not every addiction out there gives the user the high that Group Step promises. You aren’t going to feel the same sense of accomplishment after buying shoes that you will from sweating your booty off in a rocking Group Step class. You aren’t going to get to push yourself to your limits to see what you’re capable of doing by playing games on your smartphone. No, Group Step is the real deal, my friends, and here’s why:

  1. It is precise….like a laser!
    In my busy schedule, I don’t have time to spend at the gym that isn’t focused and hard-core in terms of being physically challenging. Group Step brings the intensity BIG TIME, but still allows for modifications.
  2. It is Brain Food!
    Group Step is organized in a way that appeals to my logical side. I like things to be even, maybe a little predictable, and feel good. This class is designed to feed off the music, and keep your mind off of the hard work you’re doing and on the fun you’re having. Speaking of fun…
  3. Group Step is like a cardio time machine!
    Seriously people- Have you taken Group Step before?! It is so fun! The group atmosphere is a blast, the music is awesome, and the 60 minutes fly by because everyone is enjoying themselves.
