It’s no surprise that meeting the daily requirements for water intake has many of us feeling a little blue. When you’re not used to filling your Hydro Flask so many times in a day, it can be a daunting task!
We’ve come up with a few tips on how to make hydration more exciting (and a little tastier). Try these fun additions to your water whenever you’re feeling a bit bored with your current water situation…we think you’ll like them. Just throw the ingredients in your water bottle and start hydrating!
Lemon, Lime, and Orange
Ingredients: 2 orange slices, 2 lemon slices, and 1 lime slice
