Imagine, Train, Do: Karla Horsley

I woke up this morning and checked my phone. I checked my emails and my text messages and my facebook. I got a message from Andrea “Zoomz” Downard telling me that a member had a great story to share. The post was from Karla Horsley and included some before and after photos.

I have seen Karla around the Lancaster Courthouse quite often. She is always smiling as she walks out of the Group Ex room or as she comes downstairs after talking to Jorge or Isaiah. She has an unmistakable energy about her. It is easy to see that she loves how she feels and being around people who motivate her to be and do her best.

First picture is from March 2011 (right before I joined Fitness), the other was taken today after working out. I’ve learned hope to fuel my body with clean eating. I continue to train and surprise myself with increased fitness. Oh yea baby…I held a plank for 9 minutes and 10 seconds! So if you are frustrated with where you currently are, know that you can change too. It won’t happen overnight, but it can happen if you are committed to change. And if you want to experience some of the awesome workouts with me, lets do it!
