Salem Health is putting on the Eat Play Live Food, Fitness and Fun fair May 11th.

This will be a first of it’s kind event with lots to do, see, and sample. Courthouse Fitness was asked to be the title sponsor of the Fitness portion of this event, because our philosophy of whole health integrates well with what Salem Health is trying to promote.

As the Fitness Sponsor, we will be providing a lineup of some of our best Group Ex classes, small group training, and studio training styles throughout the day.

Our best Instructors and Trainers are committed to teaching in a great site, which will provide a fun atmosphere for our saturday workouts.

We’re hoping to showcase our way of having fun getting fit together to some new people, as well as get our members down to the event to experience good food, and more of what integrated health encapsulates.
