Welcome to Imagine Train Do
Imagine
Everything has a beginning. Fitness has its beginning in the imagination. When we think about what we want to do next, what’s coming up in the future, we work to turn our imagination into our reality.
Think of what you imagined yourself doing when you were a kid. For me, and most people I know, I caught myself imagining the game-winning shot, beating that other kid in a foot-race, catching the final touchdown and having all the neighborhood kids think I was like super awesome. There was a time, though, that I gave up on imagining myself reaching new goals and convincing myself that I was indeed super awesome.
Now is the time to start imagining again. The goals have definitely shifted since we were eight, but the idea is the same. It is time to start getting a little immature. Start thinking about yourself doing something new, something you’ve done before, something you’ve always wanted to do but never thought you would. Never thought you could. The truth is you can.
And it’s going to be super awesome when you do.

That’s awesome Michael! My brothers always did sports and it wasn’t something I was always in to. They were always setting goals and getting better at what they did. One day I got sick of sitting around. I had always imagined doing a triathlon so I signed up for the Western Oregon Triathlon and started training. It was hard and I didn’t always like it, but man finally doing it was one of the coolest experiences of my life. When I crossed that finish line I felt super awesome!! Thanks for posting this man cause its so true.
Thank you, Tyler. I’m glad this idea resonates with you. So far, it has resonated with many people, all with very different types of goals, but all with the same desire to experience the moment like you had crossing that finish line. Those moments happen all the time. It is our privilege to be part of a business where we get to see and hear about and experience them firsthand.
